Fellowship

    Fellowship is all about coming together as a family and getting to know each other better while we have fun!  In order to make St. Andrew's remain a "family" as we grow larger, we plan lots of opportunities for people to meet and get to know each other better.

Pumpkin Delivery: First is our Famous Pumpkin Delivery Day!!! On Sunday, October 5, 2003, a semi-truck will arrive loaded with pumpkins for our WORLD FAMOUS PUMPKIN PATCH (okay – Pearland famous). Each year we come together, from toddlers on up to our very active retirees group (STARS), to help unload this massive amount of pumpkins. It is a BLAST! Each year, we have between 150-200 people, including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, and St. Andrew’s own crew join us for unloading day. With a huge assembly line, lots of wheelbarrows, and the occasional lawn tractor & trailer, we unload the pumpkins in an unbelievably fun and short time! Come and join us this year as this wonderful tradition continues!

 

House Meetings: As we grow larger, we want to make sure and stay connected with everyone in our St. Andrew’s family. This year, we have embarked on a new and fun way to do that. We gather together approximately 4 times a year in House Meetings where the Leadership of St. Andrew’s shares, as well as receives, information on how we are doing as a church, what is coming up, and exchanging ideas for our future.
